Love these guys. They are based in Lithuania where the amber is made and the customer service is osom. We bought a necklace a 6 months ago and the clasp eventually broke. We reached the company and they shipped us a new replacement free of charge with no questions asked.

I was a little sketchy about this necklace bc I have five kids and never needed or even thought about one before now!
