This product has been a life saver! It seemed like it started working immediately. My son has been teething for a few months now and the necklace has been amazing. Before we bought the necklace he was so fussy until we gave him Tylenol, but now since we got the necklace we have only had to give him Tylenol a couple of times for teething discomfort.
