Let's be honest, I bought this as a last ditch effort to help my eleven month old with teething and cranky baby attitude.I was skeptical but I thought for the price I'd be will to try. I noticed a change in her mood hours after putting it on her. I take it off at bedtime and put it back on in the morning. But if we forget to put it on I definitely can tell. Besides the benefits it's also very cute and my daughter doesn't even notice she is wearing it!!
